Release Management Engineer

Are you convinced that the best way to create SW deliveries is to continuously improve the content and automation of it as well as challenge the effort of it? Or would you like to be part of our way to make continuous deliveries? Then you should join the Release Engineering Management team and make Zenuity's deliveries world class. We are looking for a person in our Swedish office in Gothenburg.

Your Role

There is no I in Team so you will share all the responsibilities within the team and execute tasks together with the others or sometime on your own.  

Together with the team and Product Owner you will decide what work to prioritize to continuously evolve the release management area.

Your will play a key role in guiding Zenuity in how we should release our products and drive the documentation and release packaging efforts. With both internal and external working relationships you will lead discussions to enable Zenuity to take decisions in release topics, as well as Statement of Work towards partners and customers. This includes sharing artifacts with 3rd parties (External Artifactory)

As a release management engineer you will eat, breathe and sleep powerful insight around when and what we release, and to whom.

As Release Management Engineer you will lead discussions to enable Zenuity to take decisions in release topics, as well as: 

Statement of Work towards partners and customers.

Sharing artifacts with 3rd parties (External Artifactory)

Automation and Visualization applications in the Release area


Your Profile

We expect you to have a relevant master degree and a few years of experience within the field.

  • Strong networking and project leader skills  
  • Knowledge of the different safety standards and processes and their importance (ASPICE, ISO26262, SS7740).
  • Experience in writing good technical documentation
  • Good understanding and experience of software development cycles, configuration management tools, and continuous integration and continuous deployment principles.
  • Preferably have a background as developer.
